Cactus Water Services began leasing in the Permian Basin in 2018 and has built a formation water rights position of more than 50,000 acres across multiple ranches in Culberson, Pecos, and Reeves Counties, Texas. Cactus’ business model emphasizes economic returns to landowners, facilitation of energy development, and protection of water ownership rights.
